Conditions:
-Prices are per night
-The minimum stay is 2 nights
-cleaning fee is €30,- (mandatory)
-deposit is max. €250,- (mandatory and depends on the period of your stay, contact us for more information)
-sheets and towels included (not for the beach)
-from november until march, minimum stay of 4 weeks (€900,/month)
When you arrive you will get the keys from Susana. The deposit and the costs for the cleaning need to be paid when you receive the keys. At the end of your stay you will receive back the deposit when the appartment is in the same condition as agreed.
It is possible to book longterm from october-may.
